IT subscriptions are billed per user, from €25 per month for administration only up to €55 for the package with advanced security and Microsoft 365 licences included. Servers, network gear, and cloud backup are billed separately per device. For most companies with 10–50 employees, the monthly cost is less than half an in-house IT specialist's salary — and behind it is a full team, not one person. A firm quote comes after the initial audit. ### How quickly do you respond when something breaks? Response times are written into the SLA and are the same in every plan: maximum one hour for critical incidents and maximum four hours for everything else. Business-blocking incidents always come first. Most requests are solved remotely. Interventions are unlimited, so the number of tickets in a month does not change the invoice. ### What happens to our in-house IT person? Most often we work with them. We take the routine — tickets, maintenance, monitoring, documentation — and free them for internal projects that need knowledge of the business.
